's birthday I missed by only 2 days. 
It took quite a long time to make this! I sure hop you like this. 
Give or take it's a little...choppy, but it's my third time doing this.
Credit time, since I didn't draw any of this myself except Weather's nose and eyebrows (I also tweaked the mouth a tad). And I don't wanna get in trouble.
-Hair belongs to Dream Girl (found on Bing images) from "In Your Dreams" I think it's called.
- Eyes belong to Saturn Girl (Taken from a screencap of vol.1 DVD), from the episode "Legacy", when she's talking about Alexis.
- Body is Orange Triplicate Girl.
- Original image is a screencap of the season 1 episode "Chain of Command", where Bouncing Boy is directing everyone what to do for the storm. I can't get you an image cuz I got it from the DVD.
I could get you the image of Dream Girl, but it's just the first one that shows up on a Bing Image search.
And everyone belongs to DC Comics, and Weather belongs to ...So don't report me. C:>
