I am so happy. ;w;
StaticWave, a Legion of Superheroes OC of mine, could use some more love, so while listening to a cool pop song, this came out. I had no idea it would turn out to be this awesome. Usually, stuff I draw for other people is this awesome!
The whole thing was done on Photoshop. I retained the black outlines of the cartoon's style, while still adding more depth to the shading and lighting. I used the Dodge tool for the 3D shines for her eyes and lips, which I'm especially happy with. ^_^
